Mattia Cecchinato 

I am a DPhil student in Philosophy at the University of Oxford, where I am also a member of the Uehiro Oxford Institute. From October 2026, I will be a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Toronto. 

My research focuses on the moral significance of consciousness and personal identity. But I am also interested in AI ethics, environmental ethics, and any other pressing moral matter affecting minded beings.
